A Woven Lana Top

Hi everyone! Today I am joining the Lana Blog Tour with a woven version! Keep reading to know all the mods I made to turn this pattern designed for knits into a fabulous woven top.

Give Piece a Chance Skirt & Top

One Thimble issue 17 is out today! I can't say enough good things about this digital sewing magazine... So many articles, tips and patterns!

I had the chance to sew one of the patterns (actually is a 2-in-1) before its release. It's the Give Peace a Chance Skirt & Crop Top, although, as you may have noticed already, I hacked the top to make it not cropped since fall has already arrived here in the upper hemisphere. (You can read all about how to make this modification below.)

A Geranium Dress

Today I am joining the Geranium Expansion Pack Fall Tour with a version of the Geranium dress made in rayon, my favorite kind of fabric (if you follow me you already know that because I keep repeating myself, haha). This pattern by the über-talented-sewing-superstar Made by Rae is really a.m.a.z.i.n.g. One pattern + an expansion pack = several hundreds of options!!!

The Ania Tunic + The Wild and Free Pants

Hi everyone! Is this me blogging again? Am I getting into the sewing+blogging loop again? I certainly don't have the time I used to have to sew.all.the.things, but I am managing to sew again! YAY!

So, today I am sharing with you my recent makes. Two patterns by Coffee + Thread. Love Olga and absolutely love her patterns!

The Prize Garden Dress

New make! I can't believe I am finally getting into the sewing groove again. Baby #4 is (finally) napping at least twice a day! (one nap is at least 1 hour, and on a good day I'm getting two naps of 1-2 hours!! Yay!!!). I don't know how long it will last but I will make the most of it while it lasts! :) I even had the time to draft this quick & easy knit dress from scratch! (Woo-hoo!)
